Additional Parts Queue Stacker Unit
(Optional – can be added at any time)

This machine table mounted unit features 4 columns, each 30 inches tall, and is capable of storing additional pre-machined parts. Parts are metered from the unit and vertically lifted and placed into a single row magazine on the Toellner Loader. This unit adds additional unattended run time for a machining cell configuration.

Vibratory Feeder Bowls

For extended machining run time, a feeder bowl can be added at any time. We can supply one or you can use one of your own.

TSI Nest/Shuttle Option

This option is ideal for parts that lay horizontal to the lathe centerline, with no assistance. These parts typically roll, slide, or hang by their heads on their own at a minimum incline of 20 degrees. These parts can be nested easily and can be inserted in the work holding to a maximum depth of 6 inches.

Gripper/Chuck Option With Part Turnaround
For Second Operation Machining

This option is recommended for holding parts in a precise attitude while they are shuttled into the work envelope. After first operation machining is complete, the gripper will turn the part 180 degrees and reinsert it into the work holding for second operation machining. A parts catcher is mounted directly ahead of this device, allowing for optimal time management for the load/unloading cycle.
