Parts Take Away Conveyor And Table

This option allows finished machined parts to be moved away from the parts catcher drop zone. The conveyor is 4 inches wide by 4 feet long and is positioned up against the front of the lathe. The parts are transported to a mobile accumulation table conveniently located at the end of the conveyor.

Parts Transfer To Second Operation Machine

Upon completion of the first operation, the parts catcher from operation one will place the part onto a parts transfer conveyor leading to a second Toellner loader/unloader. The part will be placed into a staging device that will present the part to the loader in the proper attitude for loading. There will be no part orientation on this operation. The part will be loaded and caught in a manner similar to the first operation system. After operation two is complete, the part will be set on an exit conveyor leading to an accumulation table.

Auto Door Open/Close (optional)

Each lathe will be equipped with a Toellner auto door open/close unit. This unit is activated through the Toellner PLC. A Manual/Auto selector switch will be available for operator use.

Door Window Modification

This is required when any part of the window on the lathe door is positioned where the TSI door insert must be mounted. When this occurs, TSI will require one or all of the following:

• Move the window to a different location on the door.
• Make the window smaller.
• Remove door and send to TSI for modification.
• Purchase auto door open/close option.
